1. Shipping Locations

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders may be confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call prior to dispatch.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery is handled by Wakilni.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to operational or external factors.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or communicated during order confirmation.
Fees may vary depending on delivery location and order size.
Any applicable shipping fees are payable upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
LAMSA is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, rescheduling may incur additional charges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Clear photos or videos may be required for verification.
Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.

All deliveries are handled by Wakilni, a third-party courier service.
Once the order is handed over to Wakilni, delivery timelines are subject to their operational processes.
LAMSA is not liable for delays beyond its control after dispatch.
