Returns
We offer a 5-day return window starting from the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care and beauty products cannot be returned once opened or used.
We do not accept returns for:

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before opening the product.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos, and we will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or solution.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

Return instructions and the return address will be shared after your request is approved.
